Stacey has over 22 years of experience, working across marketing, consultancy, bid writing & business development within commercial business before moving into the charitable and higher education sectors. She has worked from grassroots to Board room, from strategy and fundraising, to delivery.
Stacey is an expert in creative production, gentle facilitation and integrated, creative evaluation and impact strategy, design and framework development with many years of experience working in community development and engagement using arts, creativity and play to enable and empower people to identify, define and effect their own change on their own terms.
Amongst others, she has worked with the National Trust, University of Bath Bath Spa University, Little Lost Robot, Cool Ventures, the Social Art Network & The Belonging Network.
Hazel has worked in the arts and cultural sector for over 25 years as an artist, workshop leader and creative producer. She led the Creative Learning department at Bath Festivals for over 12 years, producing and delivering arts projects with children and young people and the schools’ programming for a major Festival. She is an experienced bid writer, evaluator and project manager.
Her recent evaluation work includes building bespoke evaluation frameworks and matrices for the Access & Participation team at Bath Spa University and the National Trust’s Reconnecting the Rooms project at Bath Assembly Rooms. She is an advocate for Reflective Practice and cares about making evaluation an enjoyable, doable practice, integrated into everyday project delivery.
A data and analytics professional with a track record of converting complex data into measurable operational outcomes. His expertise spans the full data lifecycle from MIS management, system configuration, and data workflow optimisation to learner analytics, student lifecycle management, dashboard development, and KPI framework design. He brings hands-on experience in social value and programme impact analysis, alongside an approach to data governance and GDPR compliance.
Holding an MSc in Data Science & Analytics and an MBA in Project Management, Hewad uses data-driven approaches to enhance learner engagement, improve educational outcomes, strengthen operational efficiency, and support more intelligent, evidence-based institutions.
